With its easily digestible dough and choice ingredients, Brucio's pizzas are excellent! A good address in the historic center.
A very good pizzeria in the historic center. You can sit on the charming terrace in piazza delle Coppelle or in the trendy indoor room, which offers a view of the oven with the pizzaiolo at work. The pizzas are prepared in the Roman style: thin and crisp, with a dough that's easy to digest. We liked the Margherita Brucio, with its savory stracciatella di bufala and basil coulis. For dessert, the bruciamisù, a tiramisù revisited with a cookie that's a little too compact. A favorite address nonetheless!
