Literally, "quel che c'è" means "what there is". Here, the menu changes with the seasons, but always focuses on Roman classics. You order directly at the counter, the chef cooks in front of you and calls you when your dish is ready. The line-up might frighten you: word of mouth has worked and the place has become very popular with tourists. However, this doesn't detract from the quality of the food served and the friendliness of the owners.
