This restaurant, which has been in existence since 1922, rolls out its white tablecloths in a pretty dining room, but the must is to sit outside on the large patio. On the menu, chef Simone Panella skilfully combines traditional cuisine with new flavours. What more can we say? The emblematic recipes of Roman cuisine are on the menu (it would be a shame not to try the pasta carbonara!), alongside succulent dishes and desserts that evolve with the seasons. This is one of the best restaurants in the area and one of the most renowned in Rome.

Siamo stati a cena con amici, sinceramente pensavo meglio, nulla da dire sul servizio attento preparato e molto presente, la sala "giardino chiuso" squallida riscaldamento con funghi a gas, assolutamente non sufficienti, si congela, bagni fatiscenti e sporchi. Il cibo sotto alla media di una trattoria romana, gli antipasti mediocri si salva soltanto il polpo, i primi scotti, i secondi deludenti, l'agnello male, male. La carta dei vini non male, ma con ricarichi da locale stellato, non giustificati in questo contesto. Non consigliato!!!

Esperienza non positiva. Cibo molto caro non corrispondente a ciò che viene servito. Sono stata a cena in questa osteria la pasta del mio compagno era mediocre il mio tonno era molto molto salato per me immangiabile. Location niente di che, personale gentile e attento, probabilmente unica cosa positiva. Il problema a mio avviso è stato anche al conto.. la ragazza che è venuta al tavolo per il pagamento, fatto in contanti, ha chiesto la mancia. Credo che sia corretto non chiedere la mancia ma attendere che venga data, nel caso il cliente voglia.

La tradizione romana in un ambiente autentico, con un tocco di modernità. Abbondantemente superiore allo standard della ristorazione romana, ma nel modo giusto. Il menù ben articolato è frequentemente aggiornato, ad oggi visita si possono fare nuove scoperte. Il servizio in sala ineccepibile. Importante prenotare. In sintesi ottima esperienza, ampiamente consigliato !
