This is a typical Tuscan restaurant and Rome's meat kingdom! To be sure of the quality and freshness of the meat, you can watch through a window as the butchers prepare your dish, and even choose your meat from a large refrigerator at the entrance. Apart from the specialties of tagliata and fiorentina, grilled meat served with potatoes and beans, you'll find Neapolitan pizzas of all types. Reservations are required on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Locale specializzato in carne che ha soddisfatto le aspettative . Antipasto di mozzarella e prosciutto crudo con focaccia calda cotta al momento per poi continuare con un cuore di bistecca al sangue . La qualità della carne faceva sì che anche se cotta al sangue non risultava difficile alla masticazione . Voto 7 1/2 lo consiglio e tornerò per provare anche i primi .

I Butteri non tradisce mai le aspettative. Tutto ottimo. Abbiamo preso per antipasto crudo e bufala, due mezzi primi, fettuccine al cinghiale e mezze maniche all'amatriciana, per secondo tagliata o filetto.
