La vraie cuisine juive romaine
L’un des meilleurs endroits où déguster l’artichaut "à la giudia", et les autres spécialités de la cuisine juive romaine. Ne manquez pas aussi le "concia di zucchine" (courgettes frites et marinades à la menthe et au vinaigre).
