The best meal we have had in Rome this time. The food is amazing especially the ox tail and the pasta amatriciana … both are unforgettable. The ox tail just melted in my mouth and the sauce was incredibly complex and rich. The amatriciana had some sauces on it which i like but my friends would like it less saucy.

Service was attentive and great. We came back again the last day for the amazing food and service.

We love the food and people in the restaurant !! I went with a bunch of italians and they all agreed the food was amazing. It’s not touristy, real good italian food. Definitely a gem in trastevere !

A special place to eat. The restaurant is a social institution. People who find it difficult on the job market find work here. Bravo ???? The anti pasti are good. Be sure to order ???? The pasta is very good. Large wine selection ???? The staff is very nice. Don’t forget the espresso at the end ????
