Una enoteca in cui trovare ottimi vini (anche di annate pregiate), accompagnati da piatti tipici della tradizione romana, curati nel dettaglio e rallegrati dai colori delle suppellettili razionalmente organizzate sui tavoli. Apparentemente semplice, è in realtà un locale molto ricercato, ma non caro. L’accoglienza e la gentilezza del titolare arricchisce l’esperienza. Tappa obbligata dei miei soggiorni romani.
