The chef concocts great classics from Roman cuisine, such as oxtail, zucchini flowers and cod fillet, but also from Hebraic tradition - because we're in the middle of the ghetto - such as Jewish-style fried artichokes or falafels. The daily menu features a number of grilled meats and fresh fish dishes. What's more, the setting is charming: tables are laid on the floor, which is paved with small mosaics, as well as in a romantic garden hidden at the back, shaded by a large tree and cooled by a fountain.
