This restaurant has made the sea its specialty. To the map: raviolis burrata in seiche ink, octopus, bar tartare, wolffcio of wolffish, risotto scampi to truffles… The meat card is also honest. The terrace is very pleasant and its location in the heart of Trastevere makes it a good address in a tourist area. He is, however, frequented by Romans, proof of his good cuisine.

We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel. We went on our 1st night as a treat as it was my partners birthday. The staff were excellent, the wine was very tasty. We really enjoyed the pasta stuffed with rabbit fur the starter, however, the oxtail tasted like boiled ham. The ox cheeks were very tasty and succulent, however, they were not trimmed as per Irish standards. There was grizzle attached, which could not be detected until chewed upon. This is no take away from the dish, but it is just not what i am used to. The cauliflower puree was excellent. The salted caramel ice-cream dessert was lovely

Una cena a Roma sotto il Ristorante ‘’Ai bozzi’’ (trastevere) Piazza Giuditta Tavani Arquati, Roma, ha dato vita a un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile. I carciofi con una salsa spettacolare, dovete provarla! i ravioli con la cernia, si sono rivelati uno spettacolo di sapori, un connubio perfetto tra tradizione e creatività culinaria. La cornice storica e l'atmosfera magica hanno reso il pasto un viaggio sensoriale da ricordare. Consiglio vivamente questa destinazione culinaria per chi cerca emozioni gastronomiche autentiche. Poi, Giovanni e il suo Staf Gentilissimi.

Ambiente caldo, servizi perfetto e piatti semplici e complessi al contempo. Il calamaro piastarto con panatura agli agrumi eccezionale: carni tenerissime, sapore equilibrato. Il miglio ristorante a Trastevere
