Roman-style street food at this little counter serving the famous suppli. Whether eat-in or take-away, these fried rice dumplings can be eaten while still hot, in the best local gastronomic tradition. There's no shortage of variety, from suplli all'amatriciana (with tomato, mozzarella, pecorino and guanciale) to carbonara (with egg, guanciale and mozzarella) and anchovies. Quality ingredients and preparation; not surprising when you learn that it's a Roman chef, Arcangelo Dandini, who is behind the address.

Locale piccolo ma carino, difficoltà a trovare posti. Servizio buono, prendono le ordinazioni e le consegnano fuori, però..... Mi son trovato nella stessa bustina supplì di gusti diversi (amatriciana e ragù semplice), con la difficoltà di ritrovare il proprio. Il supplì cacio e pepe invece ordinario.

Petite boutique de street food avec peu de choses à la carte... mais c'est du bon, du très bon même ! Amateurs d'Arancini napolitain, ici c'est la maison des suppli! De quoi cous faire changer d'avis et basculer du côté de Rome dans ce combat de croquettes... on en redemande !!!
