Pizza bianca, breads but also pastries of all kinds: Roscioli is an institution where people come to eat on the run.

Roscioli is a must in the neighborhood. Open since 1824, it's one of the oldest bakeries in Rome. It's a veritable institution that's impossible to miss, given the long queues on the sidewalk some days! Don't be put off by the constant stream of tourists: this is one of the best bakeries in Rome, and it also offers pastries and excellent pizza by the slice. We were particularly impressed by their fine, crisp pizza bianca , as well as their mozzarella in carrozza, a must-try classic.

Secondo me i must sono: pizza rossa, pizza con mortadella e salsiccia e friarelli.

This place is famous. I had a nice lasagna. We walked about 30 minutes to and from, and the line/queue is ALWAYS long. For me, I would go if I was nearby, but I wouldn't miss my transportation! (We very nearly did).

They make margarita without basil and the one with potatoes is a litle spicy.
Also the crust was a little burnt.
