A temple of Italian gastronomy, Eataly is a 17,000 m2 hall at the southern end of the Testaccio. Between the market, the big grocery store and the restaurant, it is a concept that has developed in several Italian cities and, since April 2019, in Paris. Some may cry out that the place is over-consumed or even lacking in soul. However, the founder joined the Slow Food movement, also born in Italy. The emphasis is on quality products that respect the fundamental rules of the environment.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Essen kam sehr schnell und schmeckte wirklich ausgezeichnet. Man schmeckt, dass hier mit guten Zutaten gekocht wird. Wer während des Einkaufserlebnis Hunger bekommt, ist hier genau richtig!

Finalmente una pizza buonissima!
Era da tempo che cercavo una pizza così: impasto ottimo ( l’ho scelta morbida, ma avrei potuto scegliere alla romana, bassa e croccante), condimento super, con pomodoro fiordilatte e acciughe di un altro livello, cottura a legna perfetta ( croccante fuori e morbida dentro) e servizio veloce, molto cordiale ma non invadente e soprattutto ad un prezzo più che abbordabile, visti gli ingredienti ed il servizio (praticamente meno della pizzeria sotto casa…). È un’esperienza da ripetere presto, molto presto!

Personale molto gentile, ai tavoli niente igienizzante, anche chiedendo al personale, cestini a pressione carini, ma poco igienici, ci devi mettere le mani per aprirli e per chiuderli, mi sarebbe piaciuto un posto dove unire ottimo cibo a dei prezzi abbordabili, quella sarebbe stata la novità, così è solo un altro posto giustamente caro.
La pizza rossa anche se fredda era molto buona.
