从没有见过如此恶心的酒店，管理人员不退押金，有欺诈行为，擅自开租客的门，各种恶心的事情都能干得出来。我这里照片，视频，聊天记录都保存在whatsapp上面。Non ho mai visto un hotel così disgustoso, la direzione non rimborsa la cauzione, commette frodi, apre la porta dell'inquilino senza autorizzazione e fa ogni genere di cose disgustose. Le mie foto, i video e la cronologia chat vengono tutti salvati su WhatsApp.
