Mi complimento con la Direzione sanitaria dell'ASL Rm 1 di Lung.Tevere della Vittoria per la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale delle "Casse". Persone sempre con il sorriso e pronte ad affrontare ogni difficoltà che presentiamo noi anziani.

Al Front desk la signora è stata molto gentile e veloce e le infermiere per i prelievi molto preparate e professionali. Inoltre non ho trovato fila, il sistema delle prenotazioni funziona, dovrebbero valutare di continuare a tenerlo. Molto meglio di tanti ambulatori Asl nei quali sono stata.

Absolute worst experience and not helpful at all! Be aware that you might waste your time here trying to get anything done. I was sent here from another ASL and in this office they told me that I need to get another document before they can proceed - of course, because in Italy you always need another document and another done before anyone can actually start to work. When I came back they told me that they can't help me, because it's not the right district. Well, why didn't you give me this information the first time I came here? Why did I have to come back here, waste my time and go to another office after all?
