Nice guest rooms, modern and very colorful near the Forum and the Colosseum.

Nice B&B a few steps from the Forum and (indeed) the Colosseum. The ideal location to make the most of historic Rome. The three modern, colorful rooms have names that inspire good cheer: Lavanda, Mandarino and Corallo. All have their own unique and original decor. A warm welcome from the host, who will make you feel right at home. Continental breakfast is included in the price: coffee, brioches, yoghurt, muffins and even ham and cheese on request.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch (Fußweg von Bhf: 20 min, Weg zum Kolosseum - 2 min). Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen - auch weniger touristische. Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen, sondern weder zu weich noch zu hart. Das Bad sowie das Zimmer sind sauber und gut durchdacht (Handtücher und ein kleiner Minikühlschrank sind vorhanden). Allein der Eingang zum B&B ist wirklich beeindruckend und der Fahrstuhl zur Unterkunft eine kleine Zeitreise :)
Die Hosts sind einfach super nett und freundlich. Sie haben ein Gespür dafür, ob der Gast seine Ruhe oder sich austauschen möchte. Das Frühstück kann unkompliziert am Abend zuvor via App bestellt werden (Auswahl an Jogurts, Beilagen zum Brot, süße Teilchen, Fruchtsäfte, Kaffee und Müslisorten).
Durch die zentrale Lage wird es nachts manchmal etwas lauter. Für uns war dank Ohrstöpsel und Noise Cancelling Kopfhörern kein Problem. Das Thema Lautstärke wird man in allen zentral gelegenen Unterkünften haben, da in Rom einfach viel los ist und man für eine ruhige Unterkunft einen längeren Weg in Kauf nehmen muss.
Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Rom würden wir wieder herkommen!

Il B&B si presenta in una ottima posizione attaccata a via dei fori Imperiali e con veramente fisicamente due passi dal Colosseo.
Le camere sono arredate con cura, spaziose e molto ben curate e pulite.
L'area colazione modesta ma assolve alla sua funzione.
Il B&B è situato in un palazzo d'epoca molto bello e ben curato,provvisto di ascensore (cosa rara in palazzi storici).
Il personale/proprietari sono molto carini e disponibili inoltre parlano diverse lingue per cui si riesce quasi a sentirsi a casa.
