San Giovanni is a neighborhood inhabited by Romans and very well served by the metro. Here, prices are lower and both the historic center and Termini station are very close, either on foot or by public transportation. This small, modern, clean hotel in this lively neighborhood can serve as an excellent base for visiting Rome. The rooms are modern and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Some even have a private terrace, ideal for the long summer months in Rome!

Highly recommended. Small hotel but will all expected amenities. Just 30 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, and 10 minutes by taxi from Termini station. Very close to the metro station. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The staff are extremely friendly, accomodating and competent. Our room (3 people) was spacious, well equipped, quiet and extremely clean.

Buona posizione vicino a fermata Metro Re di Roma, stazione FS Roma Tuscolana. Camere accoglienti: bagno dotato di doccia e bidet (non sempre gli hotel ne sono attrezzati), wifi, TV, climatizzatore, letti comodi. Molto buono il servizio di colazione, varia l'offerta di prodotti da consumare. Personale cordiale ma mai invadente: grazie a Brezel e Monica servizio colazione e a Dimitris, Alessandro e Sebastiano per il servizio di accoglienza in portineria.
