The rooms are clean, well equipped and hygiene is regularly maintained. Despite this, there is an unpleasant smell of sewerage in the toilet. The location of the apartment is excellently connected to all parts of the city, the place is pretty quiet and there is a very good restaurant of Italian cuisine in the neighborhood. The hostess is also very kind. The breakfast could be more varied, but in any case I recommend this accommodation.

The room was very clean and we loved the location too! Based on the reviews, we were expecting a lot of noise, but we were surprised that it was rather quiet. Loved our stay and would recommend these apartments!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property. Our stay was stellar! We were most impressed with the cleanliness of each room and the attention to detail provided by Ilenya and Patricio, who greeted us on our arrival.
A couple of items to help with your stay:
1. If you are walking from the train station, especially at night, do not be alarmed. The street is dark, but safe, though uneven at times. It takes about twelve minutes.
2. Your entrance is just past the restaurant on the corner. Make sure you press the button for the hotel and NOT the one on the bottom.
3. You must climb one flight of steps though there is a lift. The lift is for other tenants and requires a key.
4. Your hosts are always available via WhatsApp.
5. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Exit front door, turn left and left again at the corner, then proceed down the street. Store is on right.
6. Metro is a few blocks past the grocery.
7. We walked to the Colloseum from the hotel…very simple.
