全てが完璧なホテルです。またRomaを訪れる時は、連泊したいと思います。スタッフ、立地、ホスピタリティと申し分ありませんでした。気持ちの良い滞在となり、楽しめました。

For our 2nd visit to Rome, our TA selected this hotel for us. For me, it’s all about the accommodation (cleanliness, upkeep, bed, bathroom, etc), but I’m going to start with the staff.
Upon arrival I felt like I was entering someone’s home for a visit and the staff kept that feeling going. It was all about my partner and me. The staff are so well trained that they don’t come across as over trained. They are ever present, without hovering. They are kind and engaging. They are polite and clear in their communication. I’m the guest who wanted to play backgammon and three employees went on a hunt to find the board!
The room was very comfortable and efficient from the décor to the bed to the layout. Kudos to the person who selected Dyson products – again it felt like home. My partner described the hotel as ‘posh’. I saw opulence in the details. He’s already planning our next stay at Portrait Roma!
We enjoyed the private roof top terrace after dinner and for breakfast. It’s very relaxing with many different conversational areas. Breakfast was buffet style with many offerings. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Evenings on the rooftop were wonderful. Grab a lap blanket and a cocktail and head outdoors for the view. Can you see the Steps? Any other landmarks? The night skyline is beautiful.
If you can, walk down a flight or two of stairs and view the photos. I loved the history!
I can't remember the last time I wanted to spend time at a hotel while traveling! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of all of the designer shopping. Right next to Hermes and Salvatore Ferragamo. Close to the Spanish steps about a 3-5 min walk and 13 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. The location, service, and room was excellent. I loved staying here for 5 nights. We were able to walk everywhere and had no issues. It made shopping easy too. We would go shop and bring our bags back to the room and then go sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel.

This is our third visit to Rome and we keep coming back to Portrait Roma. The most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in. The service is exceptional! It’s starting to feel like a home away from home. Location is perfect to access sites, shopping and dining. Thank you for another memorable experience and for treating us like royalty. Can’t wait to come back

Perfect place to stay in the center of the city but feel like at home. Very private atmosphere, nice designe, beautiful place for breakfast. Very lovely boutique-hotel with high-level services!

Non potrei essere più felice di condividere la mia esperienza al Portrait Hotel Roma. Se ci fosse un modo per assegnare più di 5 stelle, lo farei senza esitazione.

L'hotel offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla Trinità dei Monti, l'Altare della Patria, Villa Medici e il Quirinale. È un quadro vivo della bellezza di Roma che rimarrà impresso nella mia mente per sempre. Tuttavia, ciò che ha veramente reso questa serata speciale è stata l'attenzione dedicata di Riccardo, il nostro guest assistant. Riccardo è molto più di un semplice guest assistant. È una persona acculturatissima e ci ha sorpreso con la sua conoscenza del mondo ed in particolare del Giappone e del giapponese. Ci ha seguito lungo tutta la serata con una dedizione straordinaria, rendendo il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

I cocktail creati da Riccardo erano dei veri capolavori. Ogni sorso era un'esplosione di sapori e aromi, una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale. La sua maestria nell'arte della mixology è evidente e ha reso la serata ancora più straordinaria.

Consiglio vivamente il Portrait Hotel Roma a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza eccezionale a Roma. Non solo per la vista mozzafiato, ma anche per il servizio impeccabile e la dedizione di professionisti come Riccardo. Grazie mille al Portrait Hotel Roma e grazie di cuore a Riccardo per aver reso la nostra serata così indimenticabile!

So insanely good! Staff was incredible; room was amazing; Fly-agamo the friendly patio gull was delightful (doubt the staff appreciated him as much as we did but nonetheless…).

Memuaskan

We only stayed at the portrait for one night prior to our early flight home the next day. I was tired from 3 weeks of exploring Italy and thought I’d just relax and catch an early nights sleep. But I was reinvigorated by the portrait and its staff.

It’s centrally located right next to the Spanish steps and right in the heart of the shopping district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. I want to give a special shout out to 3 staff in particular:

- Florentina who helped us get settled and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.

- Riccardo at the terrace bar who made me my new favorite drink - the Martinette - AND taught me how to make it

- Alexis at the terrace bar who was very friendly and taught me the secrets to making a great carbonara.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. They are partnered with Ferragamo so we had a ton of Ferragamo goodies available to us during our stay. The terrace bar view is awesome! Lastly, they had all the little details that make you feel pampered during your stay. 5/5 would def stay again next time we hit Rome.

Cozy and quiet hotel. Great getaway in Rome considering how busy it is
