avevo chiesto una camera con il balcone.. quando sono arrivata li la mia camera non era come la volevo ed era senza balcone!!!! Sono andata dalla reception ho parlato con un signore facendogli vedere la mia prenotazione sul telefono al inizio non sapevo che rispondermi e in piu alla fine rispondendo in modo non troppo carino diceva che avevo sbagliato io la richiesta...
mi dispiace soltanto per alcune che persone che lavoravano lii è sono state gentili con me!!! Per il prezzo che ha questo Hotel non consiglio ad nessuno non è da 4 stelle!!!! Avevo scelto questo Hotel perche era la prima volta che visitavo Roma ed avevo visto che era vicino alla metro e alcune piazze che volevo visitare! Colazione scarsa moltoooooo scarsaaaaa!!!!! Non ci tornerei piu!!!!!!
