Demetra Hotel is a fabulous boutique style hotel in the heart of Rome, within easy access to Termini station a few mins walk away.
The rooms & service received was excellent and would recommend again.

No se entiende cómo pueden haberle puesto 4 estrellas a este hotel. En cualquier país sería un 2 estrellas correcto. No tiene el frente a la calle atractivo con marquesina que tiene cualquier hotel de categoría y que invita a entrar. Apenas un cartel en un costado de la pared junto con otros carteles de otros hoteles en el mismo edificio. Está ubicado en un primer piso de un edificio de departamentos y hasta hay que subir unas escaleras para llegar al ascensor que lleva a la recepción del primer piso, que es muy pequeña. La mayoría de las habitaciones dan a un patio interno y a nosotros nos toco una muy pequeña en donde era difícil moverse El baño mínimo. La ducha muy incómoda ya que apenas cabe una persona
El desayuno apenas normal.
La verdad que ante los hoteles de 4 estrellas reales que hay en la zona(Best Western) con fachada de un cuatro, este hotel pasa vergüenza.
Tampoco se entiende la calificación que le da Tripadvisor. Yo me guié por eso y fue una frustración
En fin una decepción.

Hôtel sélectionné en raison de son emplacement. Mais chambre de luxe avec baignoire spa très décevante car bruit d'un compresseur d'eau dans la chambre toute la nuit. C'est censé être la meilleure chambre de l'hôtel mais avec le bruit c'est la pire alors que nous avons aussi regardé les avis sur l'hôtel par rapport au bruit. Petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel très basique. Lit néanmoins confortable. Beaucoup d escaliers a monter ou descendre selon votre chambre
