One of the mythical streets of Rome, emblematic of the dolce vita of the 1960s.
This is one of Rome's legendary streets, emblematic of the dolce vita of the 1960s. Here you'll find luxury hotels, vintage cafés and a few boutiques. Via Vittorio Veneto (named after the Italian victory over the Austrians in 1918) was laid out in the center of a district created in the park of the Ludovisi estate. All that remains of this estate is the Casino Ludovisi, decorated by Le Guerchin. Via Veneto leads from Piazza Barberini up to the Aurelian Walls, which open onto the park of the Villa Borghese via Porta Pinciana.
