It's more than a bakery, it's a brand celebrating the "art of bread". Here you can find more than 100 varieties of bread (with olives, arugula, sesame, peppers...), in incredible shapes and with preparation methods inherited from antiquity. There are also excellent cookies and pastries and a cafeteria area for a fresh juice or a cappuccino with its cornetto for breakfast. The only downside is the price of breakfast and aperitif, which is above the Roman average.

On a envie de tout manger tout goûter le matin ou au déjeuner
Les croquettes de mozzarela, leurs pizzas à la coupe et leurs gâteaux de toutes sortes
On y trouve même les gâteaux antiques
Le tout servi en terrasse ou en libre service à l intérieur entre les produits d épicerie fine... un bonheur pour des gourmands
