GREZZO RAW CHOCOLATE
The subtitle Raw Chocolate is a reference for gourmands who care about what they eat, and Grezzo announces the importance of fine and tasty chocolates in its subtitle. To be tested in the form of ice cream with a high cocoa content (70% cocoa) or raw vegetable pastries, from truffles to pralines and hot chocolate, here chocolate is at the centre of all attention and can therefore be enjoyed raw, unrefined. The products, most of which are organic and gluten-free, are never heated to more than 42°C to preserve all their nutritional qualities.
