In this small, intimate room with spaced tables, close to the Bourianne lava flow, Thibaud and his team offer delicious homemade dishes using local produce. At lunchtime on weekdays, a bistro-style menu is offered, featuring market produce. From Friday evening, a gourmet menu whose menu changes with the seasons. You'll find foie gras from Domaine de Limagne, Label Rouge guinea fowl supreme and eggplant cannelloni with reduced juice and colombo spices, and raspberry, nectarine and verbena financier.
