Thibaud and his team serve homemade dishes made with local produce in this small, intimate room with spaced tables, near the Bourianne lava flow. At midday on weekdays, a bistro menu is offered, depending on the market. From Friday evening, a gourmet menu whose menu changes with the seasons. You'll find foie gras from Domaine de Limagne, Label Rouge guinea fowl supreme and eggplant cannelloni with reduced juice and colombo spices, and raspberry, nectarine and lemon verbena financier.
