The Tri Rail, short for Tri County Rail System, was built on existing tracks to link three counties: Dade, Broward and Palm. Although designed for commuters, it operates 7 days a week (except on Thanksgiving and Christmas) and allows tourists to visit Palm Beach in the space of a day for a cheap price. Stops include: Miami Airport, Hollywood, Metrorail, Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach and Magnolia Park.

Train de banlieue très efficace pour relier Miami à Fort Lauderdale et même un peu plus loin. Plusieurs arrêts tout au long du voyage. Le tarif est très attractif, il y a de la place pour les bagages.
