Francis Mallmann is a famous Argentine chef who has mastered the art of grilling, a traditional specialty in his native country. In the chic restaurant of the Hotel Faena, he prepares Argentine meat specialties with a smoky flavor, but the plates are more elegant and contemporary than they would be in the heart of the pampas.
