In a warm, retro setting, you'll feast at Ariete on dishes from Miami's new cuisine, creative and based on good products from Florida and beyond. Chef Michael Beltran is very inspiring, having been named "Best Chef in the South" in 2020 and 2022. During our visit, we were able to try the foie gras with plantains and the house charcuterie. Special mention for the duck à la presse (to share): Ariete is one of the only restaurants in the USA to use this instrument of French cuisine.
