The Jaguar's specialty is ceviche: a Peruvian preparation of raw fish marinated in lemon. The menu also offers excellent Mexican dishes in a warm, quiet atmosphere, such as smoked fish, cheese quesadillas and various grilled meats. Enrique Iglesias and Colin Farrell have all been here, and the restaurant's reputation is well established. Weekdayhappy hour is a perfect excuse to try the house cocktails. Good to know: a dress code is required, so it's best to avoid flip-flops and Bermuda shorts.
