An original cuisine, at the crossroads of Japanese and Latin gastronomy. The creative dishes and the warm, uncluttered decor make this establishment unique in the Design District. On the menu: colorful sushi and sashimi, roasted meat, snacked fish a la plancha or the inevitable burger with two steaks. On weekends, we start the day with an ultra-gourmet brunch. The neo-industrial oriental setting makes the establishment all the more unique. For the anecdote, Sugarcane is also present in Las Vegas.
