A very good address of Peruvian restaurant, in a sophisticated and relaxed frame at the same time. We love the ceviche bar, (one of the main specialities of the Peruvian cuisine) which allows to taste the ceviche of lobster, octopus or shrimp. Another gourmet pleasure: the Inka hamburger with Angus beef, cheese, homemade tomato jam and coriander aioli. Our taste buds also escape for dessert with the suspiro limeño, a Peruvian recipe made with eggs and milk jam, or the Chocololucuma, a chocolate mousse with Lucuma, a Peruvian fruit.

Un ami m'a invité chez Gran Inka à Miami. Je me suis laissé tenter par leur ceviche. Tellement délicieux.
