Avoid this Property at All Costs!!!!! I would start by saying the location is (everything ) just beautiful. 2nd stay at the hotel. The sound of the waves and the beach very refreshing. The men at check- in are quick, attentive and friendly. The pool area is nice, the drinks there are amazing. The food was ok hit or miss, it seems like the food is better on the weekends or at night. Then there is the maintenance, outdated and ran down very unsanitary ???? hallways had trash, my room was not cleaned very well , hair in the shower and bathroom floor . I was very disappointed that the room had roaches yes ROACHES! I was embarrassed because we brought our adult kids and we raved about how nice the hotel was and with this stay the maintenance had went down and they were not impressed at all.

I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived on property, we were treated poorly and left unassisted even though staff were present to assist with vehicle and bags. Checked in and then the room key didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs while also carrying my own bags (which happened to be a lot of bags). Went to bathroom and immediately ran out shouting because there were TWO cockroaches in the bathroom. One by the toilet and one in the tub/shower. Second day at the hotel and the power was shut off; I was there for a wedding and showered in cold water, with no lights and no air. The rooms are so old and desperately need to be updated. The amenities are up to date but the actual rooms are not, it does not make sense. Hotel staff was not very helpful or understanding. Parking???? No but they will charge you for it. You park yourself across the street where anyone can access the vehicles. To finish this lovely review off, I’d like to add that I called four times for housekeeping…. with no success because we never got the room tidied up. In conclusion, don’t stay here. Go somewhere else because this hotel is unsanitary and an uncomfortable stay.

This place is TERRIBLE!! completed outdated and the rooms are grimy and creepy. The carpet throughout the hallways is absolutely disgusting. Customer service is also terrible. They all act like they hate their job and it really shows. Only good thing about this place is the pool area. Don’t waste your money trust me you will not like this place.

The guy who manages sounds on the beach, Zion, is doing an amazing job! We loved our stay over there!

Security act like prison guard jerks and are extremely aggressive

I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to Fredo he made our stay memorable and enjoyable! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! He provided lots of valuable information to accommodate our week long stay! Customer Service can make or break your stay and he definitely made up for some of the less unenjoyable experiences like the rooms, etc.

Great location and beach front. It would be great if they remodel it.

Only saving grace here is the location. No restaurant on premises. Food is decent from the only cafe here. Rooms are decent. Service just sucks bad tho. Took 5 calls over 3 days to get someone to come clean the room over our 4 night stay. We started going down and getting towels ourselves.

The good: Location is great, right on the beach, many restaurants and stores in walking distance, so didn't need to rent a car. The hotel is pet friendly! The pool is nice, beach chairs and towels are also provided.

The bad: The building is under construction so noisy during the day and the beach access was impacted. Also had some noisy neighbors above us for one night. A sneaky resort fee is charged, when ordering the room this was included, but when we checked in they explained that only the first day of the resort fee was charged and we need to pay additional resort fees for remaining days.

The ugly: Our room was very worn, dated, and not very clean. The shower did not have hot water, just warm and then cold during high demand times like morning and evening. Our room did not get cleaned a single time during our 5 day stay, so had to get extra towels a couple of times.

TLDR: Location is great, maybe things will improve after construction/repairs are completed.

Good beach

This hotel is absolutely overpriced service was horrible a ton of hidden fees and food was over priced. It is also outdated the rooms and elevators and the housekeeping is horrible they want to clean all the rooms even if you have late checkout. It’s on the beach and that’s the only good thing about it!

Pull out couch made noises every single time you moved. Toilet almost overflowed when we flushed it. Thank god it didn’t but didn’t happen after that one time. Besides the pull out bed. Room was clean hallways outdated

Beds and smelly pillows very used as the rooms, you can feel the pipes on the sofa bed after 7 days asking for a mad for the wasted matress that never came, the elevators always busy, the pool was not that packed but hard to get a place around the pool, the location is good in front of the beach. The staff was very polite at all time but lack of coordination 2 days to fix the clogged shower after calling and going many times.

Talk about a cool spot between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Make sure you ask for the Ocean room .

This is my fourth night here, and I do not have one complaint.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and is very attentive to their exact job. The security guy is cool, and keeps the place safe.
They are doing construction in the morning in the lobby and by the pool. SO what, they are making the place beautiful.
Great bar by the pool.
Management, when I come back next year. I want to eat at the newly remodeled restaurants. OK?

The pool had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly. Bryan, our server, provided us with excellent service, I highly recommend this place ????. I'll come back ????

I booked this hotel as a package deal on Expedia. The pics looked great and we were excited about our short get-away to Miami. Well, our excitement turned quickly into total disappointment upon arrival. Our room, which was supposed to be an ocean view, was facing the pool. It was SO loud. Kids yelling and running around. The room was gross and dingy. The couch looked awful and the carpet was coming apart at the seams; I didn't even want to put my bare feet on it. We asked the front desk if we could change rooms. They apologized and said they would have something else available in the morning. We were exhausted from traveling all day but did not sleep much at all. The resort was playing music on full blast in the pool area until at least 11 or 12. Even with the sliding doors shut, it was still super loud. The walls are VERY thin. You could hear everything. People up yelling, running up and down the hallway. And our neighbors were partying most of the night. Look, I don't care how other people want to spend their vacation, you do you, but I have to be able to at least sleep and have a quiet place to relax when needed. I found a great Airbnb/condo and decided to go ahead and book it for the rest of our trip. No way it could be worse than this hotel (and it was great, by the way!) We went down to the front desk first thing in the morning to inquire about checking out and they said that was fine, no problem. That I'd get a refund for the nights we booked but didn't stay. Then they hand me the receipt. They charged my credit card for resort services for almost $300 ?! I told her there are additional charges on the receipt and she assured me I was going to get a refund for all of it. WRONG. It all got charged. Three days worth of valet services and resort fees. Yes, just in case you weren't aware, because we sure weren't- the resort charges you an additional $65 a day for valet and resort fees. I am working with Expedia who is in turn reaching out to the hotel to ensure I get reimbursed but in the meantime, I can at least warn others and share our experience.

The pool was the vibe! Excellent service! Friendly staff! What an amazing day! Thank you!
