Located in the quiet Surfside area, north of Miami Beach, this large hotel is divided into two wings (one west and one east separated by the road). They include very design, modern and spacious suites with a small living room and all the necessary comfort. The swimming pool is nice, with a heated whirlpool and you are just a few steps from the beach, once you pass the small gate. The lobby is particularly elegant with a marble floor and hanging chandeliers.

The day we arrived for my friends birthday we decided to upgrade the room to an ocean front view , paying top dollar for a room for two ppl assuming i am going to have an amazing experience .
The room nothing special besides for the view. I went to take a shower because i was freezing and in the middle of my shower while i had scentless soap on my body basically leaving me still feeling dirty after a long day at the beach the water turned cold !!! I was livid ! There was only one uncozy robe in the room that was reserved for two people. No slippers. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The shower glass door was dirty.
Soap had no scent not in the shampoo conditioner body wash or lotion - had to write this one again !
The pillows are hard and huge we did not sleep well at all ! At least have a few different options of pillows.
We ordered room service, food arrived cold and did not taste good at all!
The staff was not pleasant felt like i owed them something.
Valet guys are the only good thing about this hotel ! They made us feel welcomed.
No background music at the adults only pool. The vibe was completely dull and boring. No vibe!
The bar at the adult pool was closed at 2 PM.
They provide you with cards to make sure you return their ugly pink towels. Discolored ugly stained pink towels. You pay $800 a night and they are concerned about towel theft !
Anyways, go somewhere else Not worth the money!
