Hotel close to the beach, with a pleasant swimming pool, offering modern suites, very design and spacious with a small lounge

Located in the quiet Surfside area, north of Miami Beach, this large hotel is divided into two wings (one west and one east separated by the road). They include very design, modern and spacious suites with a small living room and all the necessary comfort. The swimming pool is nice, with a heated whirlpool and you are just a few steps from the beach, once you pass the small gate. The lobby is particularly elegant with a marble floor and hanging chandeliers.

ADA Friendly hotel with great service and friendly staff. As a manual wheelchair user, I was happy to see that there was even an option to get into the beach. They had a beach chair to get me onto the sand and I was even provided the option to get into the water. Albeit the staff would have to push you to and from, it was great to finally get on the beach for the first time in three years. I would absolutely be coming back just for this amenity alone.

Bartenders, wait staff and everyone else were on point and very friendly.

Pleasure to stay here.

I had booked a two night stay for a business trip, and the hotel had charged me the first night as a deposit. The meeting was changed so I had to cancel the reservation. The hotel clearly states a no refund policy, however, they had only charged me the deposit, and I canceled more than two weeks in advance. Plenty of time for them to rent out the room to another person. ThatYet that same evening they charged my credit card for the second night. After I had already canceled! That is simply pure greed. It is also poor business. I strongly urge you to not do business with this hotel.

Great location!! Actually this summarise the value of this hotel. The hotel is nice, but not super luxurious. The beach is clean and well maintained. However, food and drinks are average and overpriced. For example, a cup of coffee would cost $9!!!

In terms of service, it was decent, but nothing over the top. The rooms are nice and relatively clean, except that we found food leftovers on the couch, but the room service was nice to take care of it quickly.

I would come again just because of the location, and the beach.

The neighborhood is nice and safe.

Thank you for your services! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Adrian, went above and beyond to accommodate me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the beautiful oceanfront porch. While it would be great to have kosher food available at the hotel, I understand that there are many kosher restaurants in the area. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
