Hotel with three beautiful swimming pools, offering spacious and cosy rooms, penthouse suites with city view

Located on Collins Avenue, this hotel complex opened in the mid-1950s and combines tropical style and glamour. It is one of the oldest hotels in Miami Beach but it has lost none of its beauty. It offers 415 spacious and cozy rooms, three beautiful pools and a spa. The Nobu restaurant, named after the famous Japanese chef of the same name, offers creative Asian fusion cuisine. In 2016 opened the Nobu Hotel, an extension of the Eden Roc in one of the hotel's towers. The 15th-floor penthouse suites offer panoramic views of the city.

The hotel is awesome but the rooms are nothing out of ordinary but what stood out to me was the pool area the service and the vibe were amazing Miguel was my waiter at the pool and what can I say about him he made me and my girlfriend feel like we knew him for years he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable I will definitely be back and stay and Eden Rock.

I visited Eden Roc during November for a Business Meeting. The hotel itself was really nice. Coming in the off season, the beach was pretty much empty. Beach access is just a few steps away from the Hotel and there is an amazing boardwalk that runs down the beach. The pools looked nice and clean and could be a great spot to hang out. I unfortunately, didn’t get to experience the nice sunny weather while I was in Miami. However, the view from my room was phenomenal. The room was comfortable. I loved how the bed was setup with a view of the ocean. My only complaint was it poured rain during my stay and there was flooding on the main floor, so staff was constantly vacuuming up all the water while we were trying to conduct meetings. But that didn’t impact my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me first start off by saying I am properly a more discerning customer then most as I always look at details. The people who have rated this whole in recent times must have no idea what a good property is as this one is super run down but more importantly dirty. Room had makeup, soap scum and public hairs all over bathroom. The jet bathtub I paid extra for had mildew in the jets so it was unusable. The full length mirror was covered in dust and the carpet was just dirty with hair and general filth. I called front desk and they sent a crew up to clean it but the weird thing is after they “cleaned” the only improvement was they vacuumed. I don’t understand even short staffed how anyone could think a room like that was clean. We slept there one night. When to pool and beach next day. Beach was littered with plastic bottles from construction work going on next door. Main pool was very warm and mucky, couldn’t see your feet with the sheen of oil on the top from sunscreens because pool had not been properly cleaned. I went in anyway only to find papers- tissues or toilet paper floating around. Super disappointing. We were going to be given another room but by 3 pm the second day nothing happened so I asked to check out early. This property is a true dump. It used to be a very nice place but I am guessing Covid was very hard and they stopped making capex updates. I would never recommend this place. What boggles my mind is Saturday night it was almost $700 for the room! Maybe at $175 it be ok…. Cost is insane for what you get. Although the property is gross the staff was very nice. The front desk people, the concierges, the GMs. They were all very nice and helped me to checkout early with no penalty. The staff knows the property has gone down hill and I’m sure their hands are tied. Shame on the owning company or owners who or this iconic property slide so far down. 2 stars as I was able to check out early and there was no bed bugs!
