Hotel with three beautiful swimming pools, offering spacious and cosy rooms, penthouse suites with city view
Located on Collins Avenue, this hotel complex opened in the mid-1950s and combines tropical style and glamour. It is one of the oldest hotels in Miami Beach but it has lost none of its beauty. It offers 415 spacious and cozy rooms, three beautiful pools and a spa. The Nobu restaurant, named after the famous Japanese chef of the same name, offers creative Asian fusion cuisine. In 2016 opened the Nobu Hotel, an extension of the Eden Roc in one of the hotel's towers. The 15th-floor penthouse suites offer panoramic views of the city.

Our family recently stayed in Eden Roc, and our experience was awful. After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel, our vacation was ruined by rude employees, terrible service, and filthy rooms. Our rooms were dirty when we checked in. Tub, shower, and sink were clogged. The engineering team had to spend quite a long time fixing the issue. Half of the basic amenities were missing from the room. The lady who was taking our food n drink orders at the pool was very rude. The hostess at Ocean Social had no basic sense of talking respectfully. I have never seen someone so rude to everyone at that restaurant. Half of the employees were behaving as if they owned the hotel. Which isn't a surprise since when I went to talk about our experience to their Assistant Director Mr. Roberto M. Thomae, he wasn't interested in listening to the issues we were facing. He promised to investigate the issues and to give me a call in 3 hours. No surprise, I am still waiting for that call a week later. Rudeness trickles down from the top here. I feel very sorry for all the good people working under Roberto.
If you want to have a good time, please dont waste your money on this hotel. I am 100% sure all positive reviews are paid, at least in the recent past. RUN FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS PLACE.
