EDEN ROC HOTEL
Hotel with three beautiful swimming pools, offering spacious and cosy rooms, penthouse suites with city view
Located on Collins Avenue, this hotel complex opened in the mid-1950s and combines tropical style and glamour. It is one of the oldest hotels in Miami Beach but it has lost none of its beauty. It offers 415 spacious and cozy rooms, three beautiful pools and a spa. The Nobu restaurant, named after the famous Japanese chef of the same name, offers creative Asian fusion cuisine. In 2016 opened the Nobu Hotel, an extension of the Eden Roc in one of the hotel's towers. The 15th-floor penthouse suites offer panoramic views of the city.

Ekelhaft!!!
After PRE-PAYING two ocean view junior suites for 4 nights we have been locked out of our room on the night before check out because we exceeded our bill - not sure on what basis . Worst hotel ever.
And this was just the last straw….it all started at check in when we were given a room on the 21st floor and one on the 4th floor for a family of 5 with 3 minors. The room on the 4th floor had the mini bar full of rotten food…and graciously we were allowed to change rooms. During the following days all service mishaps happened but as we were happy to be here and wanted to enjoy the vacation we never complained until the last night.
On the last evening at 11pm the key card of one of the two rooms had been locked because the limit on the card for the extras was exceeded by few hundred $ on a total pre paid bill of over several thousand $. We have then been literally treated like criminals - after long discussions my husband was allowed to get in the room to get his credit card (they would not accept Apple Pay, we had only our phones on us) and he was forced to pay the outstanding extras to let us go back into our pre paid room! I guess we shall never be back.
P.s. let’s not forget to mention the filthy carpets in the bedrooms
