The 245 rooms of this new hotel, just a stone's throw from the Mahi Canal, will seduce you with their soft, muted tones. The atmosphere, both contemporary and timeless, invites you to slow down and take time for yourself. The Thesis has a beautiful pool on the3rd floor, with a view of the bay. The rooftop restaurant and bar, Mamey, is also a very nice asset with its large canopy under which one could lounge all day. The Metrorail University station is a 10-minute walk away, convenient for exploring the area and reaching Miami.

Terrible experience, rooms are cleaned every 3 days, even though daily housekeeping is requested. They don't take out the trash or dirty cups. Exorbitant daily rate for the service offered. Total disregard from employees as if they were doing favors. I never recommend it.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable and staff was so caring and attentive. Abner is an asset to their team. He made sure to know my father and I. He always went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch. There was also a male night front desk manager, who's name I didn't catch but, was also very noteworthy. He is what all hotels should want customer facing.
This duo made out stay amazing. These two deserve so much more praise and they are the best face forward for the Hotel.
