LOCATION: The location is great since the hotel is in the middle of Brickell and ideal to walk around.
SERVICE: The service is TERRIBLE!!!! If you call guest services from your room, your call will very seldom go through and if it does the person at the front desk has no idea on how to take care of the guests. If you order room service, the person would either forget to send your order or simply act like she/he did not know what was going on. I had to wait 45 minutes to get a BUCKET OF ICE!!! this does not make any sense at all at a hotel that is supposed to be premium given the price and reputation. IMPORTANT TO NOTE, that despite the front desk having over 4 people, no one over there knows what they are doing and they are incapable of solving any kind of problem for guests. I asked for the manager Oscar several times, and have not gotten any response from him. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WHEN MAKING THE DECISION TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Melike went out of her way to make our stay perfect, after discovering that Agoda (3rd party) booked a room for us that the hotel does not even offer!! Suggestion after learning the hard way: Don't ever book with Agoda- they are quite deceitful. Book with the hotel directly!
Our extra special room was so spacious with beatiful views. I was SHOCKED when I opened the door to this spectacular suite and all of its amenities, including a huge bathroom with tub and walk in shower (separate). The decor was stylish and aesthetically pleasing in all spaces.
The room was spotless and so was the hotel, even the elevators:)
We were extremely grateful for our complimentary drink coupons at the rooftop bar. It is open, clean restaurant with high tables outside overlooking Miami...really nice spot.
Highly recommend; I would never stay anywhere else, mostly due to the service and smiles at the front desk! Melike- you made us so happy; THANK YOU!!!!
