A brand new and brand new boutique hotel located on Bay Harbor Islands, next to the shopping and restaurants of the district and 7 miles from South Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clear, with pale colour walls and clear wood furniture. Their bedding is impeccable and the modern decoration is fine, nothing is forgotten. It's a very pleasant drop in North Beach.

Came here for an August long vacation with my husband. Second time coming to the Landon hotel. My husband and i finally arrived at the hotel and Michael Macola, front desk concierge, was there. First, he greeted us and helped our way through the checking in process. Very professional and friendly. He asked first if we needed towels, toiletries whenever we saw him and he was so attentive, a big plus. I would like to say thank you to Michael for the great service and friendless, made us feel comfortable staying here at The Landon. I would also like to say Michael Macola answers any questions and concerns regarding our stay, a big A+!!!!
I would highly recommend Michael and ask for him! Again thank you Michael Macola, hope to see you again when we return to The Landon.

You don’t want to come to this hotel. Here’s why.
The rooms are small and smell bad.
There is no plug outlets near your bed at all.
If you sleep next to a street you will hear everything at night since the windows are thin especially the room in front of the hotel.
There is no elevator! Good luck bringing your bags up the stairs. They don’t offer any staff to help you.
They will charge you a $20 “resort fee” a day for towels and I don’t know what else.
First of all it’s not a resort. Second when I booked on Expedia they said everything is included.
The $20 resort fee a day is a typical 3rd world country scam that they are trying to bring to the US.
And the parking situations is a hit or miss. There is 8 spots on the side of the “resort” lol and then some more in the back but we got unlucky and couldn’t find parking for 1 hour.
Other then that the beds were good. Location is great and that’s it really…
