La experiencia que tuve en este Hotel Chelsea ha sido de lo más desagradable, dentro de las instalaciones del hotel en el área de recepción olvide una bolsa con 18 perfumes mismos que se perdieron, el trato que recibí por parte de la Manager ( De nombre Maria) fue muy malo, ya que fui amenazada que si hacia algún alboroto llamando a la policía tenia la obligación de correrme sin regresar el pago por los 3 días que realice, para calmar la situación ofreció apoyarme con 100 dólares los cuales me los dio por medio de una tarjeta Visa sin fondos, cuando regresé a reclamar me grito, no puede entender cómo pueden tener cómo manager personas tan nefastas que no tienen idea del servicio.
Dentro de la habitación del hotel encontré una cucaracha.
Externo mi molestia y mi pésima experiencia para que no les pase lo mismo

La atención de la Srita María como gerente dejo mucho que desear, fue grosera, agresiva y no supo dar una solución a los artículos que faltaban a la huésped dejados en su Hotel.
Las instalaciones están descuidadas y hay cucarachas dentro de su establecimiento sin mencionar que los impuestos que cobran directo en el hotel son muy elevados

Amazing place! Surprised it’s only 3*. Great location, friendly staff, clean room, authentic delicious Cuban food, good vibes and ambiance!!! Love the place))) Highly recommend ❤️
