Il secondo giorno abbiamo aspettato che ci cambiassero la stanza( ci hanno fatto attendere di nuovo) e metà giornata anche lì sprecata.
Pomeriggio tardi abbiamo avuto un appartamento “PRIVE” tutta bella ma…peccato che avevano fumato dentro e nonostante la pulizia l’odore del fumo era forte. Da lì ci hanno spostate nel albergo precedente e finalmente in una stanza dove non si sentiva il rumore del bar. Ma oramai avevano finito i nostri 3 giorni di “riposo”. Per cui NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE questo albergo. NEVER

But to note upon check in we were met by a woman at the desk who appeared to hate her job and was quite frankly rude. Didn’t catch her name but she should definitely have some training in customer service relations and communication skills.
Everything else went amazing there was a nice gentleman who got us towels for the beach and gave us a late check out.
They also give you a complimentary drink (1 per room) at the bar between the hours of happy hour.
Room was immaculate. Shower water was very hot which was a plus for us. All the toiletries you need.
There was a mini bar in the room that you could avail of if you wanted. Prices weren’t too bad either.
Hotel was in the middle of everywhere you’d want to go. Overall it was perfect.
Would be 5 stars only for the rudeness on checkin.

The GM should remind them that it is a human business before a cash machine.

Would rate it 0 stars if possible, you’re better off staying in a hostel. Our room did not have hot water for 3/4 of our nights stayed, and NO RUNNING WATER for 1 of those nights. Customer service is atrocious, we requested a refund for our stay or a different room the first night we were having water issues, were denied both, assured our water problems would be address by the next day (which of course they were not). The narrative for the source of the problem and who we could speak with changed almost daily, ultimately resulting in an email from a 5th party we never interacted with in person stating that there would be no refund nor concession available since the issues was “promptly” addressed (a blatant lie).
You might have gotten away without providing basic amenities and atrocious customer service before the age of the internet but I sincerely hope the BBB investigates this establishment and shuts it down
Attention they give the rooms on the ground floor alongside the reception and it is the anxiety!
Do not arrive in jet lag because they put background music (extremely as in one box) in their bar welcome to attract people, until 3:00 in the morning and it is impossible to sleep!
however was there to have fun:)
Our room just did not have windows, large black curtains hide the view on the bins. Some cockroaches on the floor to crown it all.
Parcontre flat-screen Tv, Ipod player air conditioning, walk-in shower
If you go in this hotel,
the standard suite and not room!
