Everything is: The comfort, the music, the neat decoration in the clear tones simply dotted with color touches of a acidulous yellow to spice the result. Outside, three small water pools at different temperatures allow to relax. The recent address is gay friendly and is a fun and fun spot in the heart of SoBe.

Clean and good food, but I've been trying to get itemized bill for a week that they assured me they would email to me, and obviously they have my correct email.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Starting off with late check in… the rooms were not ready until nearly 5pm…. No apology, no compensation
I am not really sure if there are any positives
1. If you have a family avoid
2. If you value sleep avoid
3. If you are on holiday and want a nice customer experience avoid
The gentleman on reception needs retraining
The music is the loudest on the street so unless you are out partying you won’t be sleeping
We had a fight in our corridor one night and the staff did nothing, and asking for advice of what we should do if it happened again had no answer
The drinks at the hotel bar are overpriced even for Miami Beach
The rooms are cramped and dingy, in need of updating, thankfully we didn’t spent much time in them
No hot water in the shower, the air condition on start up sounded like a diesel engine
Look if you want to party it’s probably ok but I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else, at least a place that values the customer and wants you to have a good experience

Good location, bad service, and 0 parking, greedy owner decided to open an overpriced bar on hotel parking spot so no trust that there parking in description , btw always noise till 12 am there cuz this bar( so many places better and more resumable price so you won't stay there)
