One of my favorite boutique hotels in Miami. Incredible food, service & amenities. Our stay was so wonderful thanks to Iawania at the front desk. Definitely ask for her when checking in and for room reservations!

Great hotel with massive and Grand lobby area as well as a couple of nice restaurants. Service was first class, warm and friendly.

At 4 am, all hotel guests, including us, were jolted awake by a PROLONGED LOUD ALARM in our rooms, frightening my children.

The hotel management appeared to dismiss the significance of the incident, implying an unwillingness to invest in necessary system repairs.

I can only speak for my experience with the restaurant and valet but Harold and Walter at the valet are class acts. I realized when I was at the restaurant that I had left my wallet in my car and Harold and Walter worked quickly and collaboratively to look for my wallet and bring my car back around for me. I really appreciated the service with a smile and honesty I experienced with them. I’ve managed 5 star properties before and was very impressed with their kindness and genuine hospitality. Thank you guys!

Beautiful venue! Great brunch! Service was outstanding by both, Miguel (waiter) and Miguel (busboy)
Food was delicious with an extensive variety! Loved the unlimited mojitos from the mojito bar :)

All waiters and front desk is nice. However, manager does not have common sense. Outside is having a party. Manager believes that you need to do RESEARCH on EVERYTHING before you come to Miami. Have no idea on how people live in different places and do not have the responsibility to research everything about their destination. Rude, Overconfident and disrespectful! Avoid

I've been teaching swimming to the clients and residents there for over 10 years wonderful scenery wonderful pool great staff always a five-star experience. Contact the concierge and ask for lessons for lessons with LaMont

We’ve been coming to the setai on south beach for years and have always loved it. Unfortunately, this stay has been an unpleasant shock for my family and I. Right now I am laying in the master bedroom of the two bedroom suite with someone else’s perfume all over my pillow cases. It is very clear the sheets were never changed. There are levels to poor service but I say this ranks as the lowest in terms of hotel experience. This was also after our beach restaurant server was short and rude. We will be finding another Miami hotel.
