I like the love birds on-site, macaws are my wife’s favorite. I think the hotel bar has a nice staff and great drink choices, in addition to a happy hour. Looking forward to going back again at some point, although I wish the fans outside were a bit better at cooling the area.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience all around. Our room was great, clean, and extremely quiet for the duration of our stay. Every member of the staff we came in contact with provided exceptional service and was kind. We specifically loved speaking with Hermes at the pool and Pedro at the bar. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with exceptional service, our bags were immediately taken, so that we weren’t concerned, and put us at ease. Gabriel and Marino at the bell station was also exceptional! All the servers at the beach were great and attentive, especially Omega and Anthony. Additionally, we were here during a typically busy time of year (spring break) but our room was ready early, and we still received the highest quality of service. We ate a few meals here and the food was amazing, extremely fresh, and high quality. We cannot say enough about the service itself, it was truly exceptional, and we are so impressed and grateful. Having stayed at other hotels in the area, this one has been the best overall experience by a wide margin. Cannot recommend the Palms enough, we will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay, we cannot say enough great things about the Palms and the wonderful service we experienced for our entire stay!!

Worse experience ever. Horrible front desk.

They have two elevators however one is working. So you have to use the elevator when dispose of the garbage.

The double room big enough, but expected the double beds to be bigger. A pity that they don’t have the rooms with balcony but the view and service are amazing! Also a pity that the hotel bar is not longer opened. In the end everybody is there for holiday! Thank you

Had a horrible experience.

My Lamborghini was damaged in valet possession, they refuse to show me all the footage of when the car was parked. When trying to deal with the “manager” he’s not only ghosted me but deliberately left the incident to deal with until I was going to be leaving so I could do not anything about it. Was supposed to be a nice trip as I got engaged to my fiancé there. Very unfortunate we had to go through this on such a special occasion.

We got married at The Palms and it was truly everything we dreamed of. Everyone we came in contact with provided a 5 star customer service experience. Vanessa, the Catering Manager, exceeded our expectations and we cannot imagine our wedding day without her support and guidance. She was such a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Vanessa's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything went flawlessly, did not go unnoticed. We truly cannot say enough good things about quite literally every interaction we had with Palms employees during our time there too. The entire experience from beginning to end was simply perfect. The wedding food was phenomenal and we received endless compliments. The only area that was a bit disappointing was lack of suites so we only had a standard room for our wedding weekend which was on the small side but ultimately, the food, drinks, location, amenities, and staff made up for that!

If we didn't stay for free my review would be much worse than a 4*. Probably just not my type of place. Beach was great and the folks helping on the beach could have cared less. Never asked us if we needed anything including drinks. Ended up having to get my own. The restaurants were overpriced but everything in south beach is as we found out. Take the automatic gratuity off and I bet these folks might actually care about their guests and and their experience.

Spent 2 nights here. The hotel met our needs completely. The breakfast each day was great. The desk clerk gave us excellent hints for attractions in the area. The wildlife seen from the breakfast area included an iguana, a pair of egrets and one small duck we could not identify. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife uses a wheelchair and the only negative is the unfriendly hump between room 209 and the elevator where the floor transitions from carpet to a firmer surface.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans cet hôtel. À 4 dans une chambre familiale, c’est assez petit, mais ça fait l’affaire.
À part la Clim toujours à fond qui est très pénible et doit être réglée à chaque passage de la femme de ménage; c’était top. Piscine chauffée, toujours de la place. Plage juste devant donc les enfants s’ils sont assez grands peuvent aller et venir seuls entre la piscine et la plage. Entre les deux c’est la piste vélos/ rollers / joggers attention ils vont vite!
Le personnel est gentil, assez serviable. Manolo je crois le bagagiste, est très gentil et parle très bien français. Le petit dej est top mais coûte très cher donc un conseil si vous le prenez en buffet : mangez quitte à sauter le déjeuner ensuite ???? option à la carte possible aussi. De toute façon tout est cher la bas ????
Nous y avons aussi déjeuné, autour de la piscine. Évitez la salade César qui est en fait de la salade verte avec croûtons sans rien, à 18 dollars… si vous rajoutez du poulet c’est le double.. bon c’est partout pareil à priori mais je ne savais pas. Pour le reste ça va et c’est pratique. Le dîner idem tout va bien. En revanche pour le service il faut prévoir beaucoup de temps, c’est très très très long.. même un café leur prend un temps interminable..
emplacement à quelques minutes de south beach à vélo ou voiture; ce qui permet d’être un peu au calme, ça nous a bien convenu. Vue sublime. Bref un super séjour j’aurais plaisir à y revenir si nous le pouvons!

Rooms are very nice... I splurged for an ocean view. Service was great from Housekeeping, check-in, bar & restaurants. The spa is SMALL with co-ed amenities... who wants to share a steam room and relaxation room with men?... very disappointed with the spa design. Also, there were construction workers literally outside the spa relaxation room drilling and hammering. How can anyone relax with all that going on? Don't waste your money on the spa. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Our experience with the palms hotel and spa as well as Vanessa and her team were none other than amazing. We had a full weekend of wedding events (Friday welcome party, Saturday wedding, Sunday farewell brunch) and for each step of the way for each event, they went above and beyond. The property is so naturally beautiful and very much our vibe of the Caribbean meets Miami vice. They really helped our vision come to life! 10000% recommend.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont très belles, excellente literie.
restaurant très agréable. Le petit dejeuné est divin enormant de choix.
Il y a très beau jardin. je recommande cet hôtel avec un accés direct à la plage.
