It is an old and beautifully renovated cinema hall in 2002 to host the Florida Philharmonic, the New World Symphony Orchestra (in addition to the New World Center), operas, ballets and other performances. Only briefly, during the annual Miami Film Festival in February, the 1 700-seat hall returned to the seventh art. Built in 1925 under the name Olympia, this film was the first building in the county of Dade with air conditioning.
