Present since 1926 on Calle Ocho, this cinema was the most modern in South Florida when it opened. Its Art Deco facade, its metallic sign and its 12-meter high steel tower make it a reference in Miami. In the 1960s, it allowed Cuban families who arrived in the neighborhood to familiarize themselves with American culture. It has two intimate rooms with 250 and 140 seats. The movie theater does not show American blockbusters, but rather a selection of independent films in Spanish or with Spanish subtitles.
