Art Basel is one of the world's leading contemporary art festivals. It takes place every December in Miami, in March in Hong Kong and in June in Basel, Switzerland, where it was founded. Each year, some 300 galleries from the 4 corners of the globe exhibit high-quality modern and contemporary works: paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, videos and multimedia... But beyond the quality of the works, what really amuses visitors to Art Basel is the quirky nature of these works and the interactivity with visitors.
