Miami Beach Rescue Headquarters with U.S. flags flying atop offering a guided tour
Surrounded by Ocean Drive and the beach, the Beach Patrol building is the headquarters of Miami Beach's first responders. It was built by Robert Taylor in 1934 and features an immaculate Art Deco facade with nautical accents, flanked by portholes. At the top fly the flags of the United States and the city. You'll be able to go inside since the place is now a public restroom. This is the first stop on the Art Deco Welcome Center's guided tour.
