Jim Shirley, co-owner of Fish House, grew up following his military father around the world. He brought back Asian flavors from his travels, now blended with dishes from his native Old South America. The result: delicious dishes including his now famous Grits à Ya Ya, cornmeal cooked with gouda cheese, mushrooms, spinach, bacon and shrimp. In the evening, the restaurant's dock, illuminated with hundreds of garlands, comes alive with the sound of bands playing on the waterfront.

On a déjeuné dans ce restaurant lors de notre passage à Pensacola. Les plats étaient goûteux.
