Très bon hôtel, bon accueil, Très propre. J ai regretté toutefois que les chambres ne soient pas nettoyées chaque jour et les linges changés. Notre chambre à été nettoyée le 4ème jour de notre séjour.

Don't waste your time my boyfriend booked a room here confirmed with front desk they were pet friendly got here and was told no and to go elsewhere. They lied to get our money only after complaining did they offer a full refund. A joke of a place outside looks run down. They are only dog friendly they need to update that on the website we booked there thinking they was pet friendly but not truly pet friendly don't waste your time or money.

Sonesta is conveniently located for easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Rooms feature separate bedroom configurations that are ideal for families or parents looking for privacy.

The rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Having a full kitchen definitely helps cut coat of eating out every meal. Hot tub is big and hot! The location cannot be beat.

Great rooms and staff. Everything was cleaned well except for the floor hadn't been swept. Dirt and hair stuck to my socks before I even got unpacked. But everything else was spotless.

What a great experience. The day we arrived the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked with the kitchen basics. Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.
Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.
Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.
Close to many restaurants and entertainment.
Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.

It was a nice hotel but every time I walked on the floor they have feet.My feet will black and they had the water shut off multiple times and made us.Change Williams from 527 to fbut.I was in that that was it was fine

Para empezar el primer día que llegamos sin jabón ni champú en ninguno de los baños,faltaron sábanas,toallas.Los baños están ya muy viejos.De las 5 personas que vimos en la recepción solo 1hablaba español.El servicio de autobuses solo funciona para dos parques,y uno de ellos no te hace mucho porque llegas 1hora antes de abrir el parque.Y por último ....el desayuno,hay muy poca variedad.
Si puedo decir que el señor que está detrás de la barra era encantador y muy muy amable.

I must say the staff is amazing (Julio, Vanessa and especially Roxy). We had an issue with our room the first night and they did not hesitate to move us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and fit our needs. Overall it was a great experience, everything was clean and it's close to a lot restaurants and things to do.

Clean, spacious 2bed 2bath suite with kitchen. My only negatives are bed sheets were not the best, made me itch. Also, the parking was horrible on the weekend. We were given a tag for the dashboard so we don't get towed, and yet there were so many cars without tags. Did not see security checking the cars when we ask where to park, front desk offered across the street. Keep in mind the Sonesta is right across Icon park and I think people were using their park lot.

We found this place based on beds available and price. We were skeptical thinking it was too good to be true. It was absolutely perfect. From the clean and very spacious suites to the employees working at this location. Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly, the location was perfect for what we had planned and the kids had a blast at the pool and hot tub. If traveling to Orlando again we will absolutely be staying here.

Spent a night in Orlando, booked online weeks prior and it was an enjoyable stay. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch slept my whole family perfectly. Right on the main strip with restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance

Had yet another amazing stay at Sonesta Suites! I often travel to Orlando for swim meets and this is the only place I will stay at simply because of Vanessa and her amazing staff! Every time we return, I feel like I'm home. She truly cares about ALL of her guests. She handles any problem that is thrown at her with a huge, GENUINE smile. Anytime you walk into the lobby area, Gerard immediately stops what he is doing, and greets the guests with a huge smile, even if he is in the middle of a conversation with another employee. You don't see that often and I hope Sonesta Suites realizes who they have working for them! They definitely deserve a raise. They are a rare duo! Thank you Vanessa and Gerard See you next time for our next swim meet!!

What a find! I celebrated a friends Birthday on International Drive with a night on the town and 4 of us wanted to share a hotel. Now me being an “experienced” human, (I don’t like to use the word “old” lol) My behind has learned I need to be COMFORTABLE!, and 4 woman in our 40’s need SPACE. So I knew instantly we needed a suite. I stumbled upon Sonesta Suites via my google machine and JACKPOT! Found a suite similar to an APARTMENT! 2 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, a living room with a pullout couch, and a practically sized kitchen. I could snore, get up to pee, stretch, toot, and watch what I wanted on one of the 3 t.v’s without worrying about disturbing anyone or getting into a disagreement!

And to add a cherry on top of it all, the receptionist, who I think is also a manager or supervisor, I forget her freaking name..
Is EXCEPTIONAL!!! She put a lovely little surprise in the room as a welcome gift in honor of the Birthday we celebrated. She answered our 4 phone calls in a row before booking with one of the best personalities I’ve EVER experienced in hospitality. I will be using Sonesta Suites from now on as my go to! Thank you soooooo much!!
